This is a very good pop-up canopy tent for any event. I have owned a few tent and this one is by far the easiest to setup and fold for sure. I can setup the tent with a help from someone else in less than 10 minutes. You might be able to do it alone if you can find a way to somehow stabilize the frame while trying to expand it (this is the only steps which require 2 people to do it for me). The tent is 10x10 ft but the leg is angled so the coverage area is a tiny smaller (it's listed to cover 96 square feet and I found it's true).
It comes with a handy storage bag (with wheels for easy transportation and zipper closure), stakes, and user manual. The tent is actually consist of two major parts - frame and canopy (cathedral style roof). The canopy is attached to the steel frame through Velcro tapes. To setup the tent is pretty straight forward: 1. remove the canopy and frame from the bag. 2. put canopy onto the frame and attach to the Velcro tapes. 3. pull the frame to open it up fully. 4. setup the canopy support (there is a handle with a pin on each leg; move the handle to align the pin with the hold on the leg; there will be a click sound) 5. extend the four legs.
The overall construction is pretty solid and it's only 5 feet long when folded inside the storage bag. I have no problem fitting it in my trunk. The overall weight is roughly 37 pounds and I can move it alone by myself because the storage bag has built-in wheels. Even though this is called a pop-up tent, it does have steel frames and is very stable once setup. The canopy has UV protection which is great for family with kids. I didn't really have to use the included stakes but it could improve stabilization when needed.
