There's no other little boy in the world quite like Tomm Tennent. He was born with enough skin for a five year old child. And medical science had not seen anything like it before. His parents were shocked but right from the start they decided they wouldn't hide Tomm. Now a whole town's rallied behind them because this 19 month old boy has proved to them as he will prove to you that beauty is more than skin deep (1994).
