Gaza aid falls short of ‘ocean of needs’ despite significant increase in deliveries

Gaza has received a significant influx of humanitarian supplies. On the first day of the ceasefire, over 630 aid trucks entered the enclave, with about 300 going to northern regions. Yesterday, the number of aid trucks increased to 915, carrying essential food, water, and medication. Today, even more aid trucks are expected. The aid will be distributed at humanitarian centres across Gaza. However, this remains insufficient to meet the immense needs of Gaza’s population.

Al Jazeera’s Tareq Abu Azzoum reports Deir el-Balah in central Gaza.
