Spreading gravel on a new driveway and catch basin install
Using a New Holland tc-35 with a 16LA loader to spread gravel on a new driveway, I couldn't dig a ditch on the upper side for drainage because it was solid bedrock. So I used 3/4" #2 stone to allow water to drain underneath the surface, there is also a small swale above the driveway which directs the water and keeps it along side of the driveway, rather than into it . After the construction has ended, I recommended coating the driveway with crusher run or item 4 for a finished driveway. I also install a catch basin to widen the driveway
