20 things to do when you're bored at home - *self isolating*

Ok so in these very surreal and difficult times i thought i'd make a video of things you can do when you're bored at home, self isolating, in quarantine and social distancing. The Coronavirus outbreak/Covid-19 spread is something serious at the moment and we all need to help each other as much as possible as well as ourselves. Video made in March 2020.

Make sure you're productive with your time (yes, you can be productive at home!), move your body, and keep communicating with other people. Please reach out if you do need to chat!
