What I Eat In A Day After 50 Pound Weight Loss | Caitlyn Lindsay

Hang out with me today while I show you what I eat in a day after losing 50 pounds! I have maintained my 50 pound weight loss for over a year now and this is what works for me. I make sure to move my body and workout at least three to five times a week. Some days I end up doing 16/8 intermittent fasting which is 16 hours of fasting and an 8 hour eating window. Other days I only end up fasting for 12 hours. I eat intuitively and listen to my body and what it needs. This is your body so you get to choose what you eat so don't be afraid to play around with different recipes and adjust them to your liking.
