In our friendship group Tsofi Fridays, is a term we use for our Friday gatherings at a Ghanaian restaurant, where we eat Tsofi (Turkey tail), Kelewele (spicy plantain) and a range of other amazing African cuisine. We catch up and discuss amongst ourselves whats going on in our lives, our opinions on current affairs and how our opinions in certain areas have grown or changed.
