PROS and CONS of living in GREENVILLE, SC!

Welcome back!!! How was your Thanksgiving?! I was in charge of the turkey this year and y’all, I didn’t burn it or undercook it. I call that a win! 😉

This week we are talking about PROS and CONS of living in GREENVILLE, SC! Coming from a local, I have a lot of information for you listeners.

Pros
* Near the mountains and beach
* Affordable living/popular state to move too (most affordable city in the South)
* Big companies (job stability) like Michelin, BMW, GE…
* Always something going on! (Festivals, local markets, lake life, wilderness…etc.)
* Strong economy
* Education (Clemson and Furman University)
* The food is always amazing!!! (Halls chophouse, Miyabi, Stax, Taco Sushi, Smoking pig, Strip club (talking steaks here 😉) and so much more!!!)

Cons
* High crime rate
* Heat and humidity
* Traffic

Top neighborhoods:
1. Overbrook
2. Downtown Greenville
3. North Main

Top surrounding cities:
1. Five Forks
2. Clemson
3. Anderson
