Boris Johnson 'played Trump like a fiddle' says John Bolton
In an interview with Jon Snow on tonight's Channel 4 News, John Bolton who served President Trump as National Security from April 2018 to his ousting in September 2019, says President Trump cant distinguish between personal relationships and national relationships.
Mr Bolton says he wouldn't describe Boris Johnson's approach as sucking up to Donald Trump.
"I've known Boris before he was Prime Minister. I think he's got a good sense of humour and I had the sense that behind those twinkling eyes he was playing Trump like a fiddle too."
