KZN Floods I Hammersdale residents' hopes of returning to their homes diminishing
About 10 homes in Georgedale in Hammersdale west of Durban are still buried under mud since last month's floods.
The owners of those homes are being sheltered at a local hall.
The recent new wave of floods dashed their hopes of being able to return to their homes.
There is stagnant water from an underground pipe that burst during the first floods, resulting in the homes sinking.
