View from Tokyo Monorail.

From central Tokyo,we have two railways to go to Haneda airport (Japan's one of the biggest airport mainly used for Domestic flights. There are also some International flights.)
When you have to go to Haneda,The choice I recommend is "Tokyo Monorail line".
This line connects Hamamatsu-cho station in downtown Tokyo and the airport.
Because the line was built for the Tokyo Olympic in 1964 (Yes,the facility is bit old),train cabin has wide windows, and runs above the elevated railway. Therefore, this train-ride gives you a great view of Tokyo. You may feel as if you were on a Helicopter cruise(takes only $5).

Another line is "Keikyu line".
Please be sure to take this line, only when you want to see bad bad bad bad miserable side of Tokyo. Train runs through between backyards of tiny poor houses.
Ironically, "Keikyu" is faster, and final stop in central Tokyo is city's one of major terminal station "Shinagawa station" . You can even change to bullet train here.
In addition to these,Shinagawa has several fine hotels around it (Hotel district).
Put simply,"Keikyu" is more convenient.
Ha ha ha....
