Delicious & Perfectly Crispy Chocolate Vol-Au-Vent Recipe 🤤 SO EASY
You won't believe how easy our Crispy Chocolate Vol-Au-Vent is! A perfect combination of crispy pastry and luscious chocolate filling, these treats are a breeze to make and even easier to love. Great for impressing guests or enjoying a sweet moment alone.
Vol-Au-Vent
Ingredients:
6 sheets of puff pastry (12 squares)
1 egg
2 packages (120 g) of milk chocolate
1 package (60 g) of white chocolate
1 large banana or 2-3 small bananas
2 handfuls of salted peanuts
6 tablespoons of tahini
Instructions:
Cut the puff pastry into squares using cookie cutters, as shown in the video. Attach the circular pieces cut in a ring shape to the square ones using the egg white.
Brush the circles with egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
For the filling, melt 2 packages of milk chocolate and 1 package of white chocolate separately in a double boiler.
Add 6 tablespoons of tahini to the melted milk chocolate and mix well.
Crush the centers of the baked puff pastries with a spoon. You can remove this part if desired and sprinkle it on top of the dessert later, or use it as a bread substitute in soups or salads.
Place small diced bananas and peanuts in the hollowed centers of the puff pastries. Pour the tahini-chocolate mixture over them and finally drizzle with melted white chocolate before serving. Enjoy your meal!
