ABOUT
It is so important to read to children starting from when they are babies. Board books are wonderful for children age 6 months to 3 years. Reading to your child makes a connection between YOU (which is what your child loves best, after all) and books. This establishes a positive association with books. When we read books with characters who are Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) we help children see the essential humanity and similarities of all of us, no matter our skin color.
