The BT-50 has received a facelift to help keep Mazda competitive against other utes sold in Australia like the Toyota Hilux, Nissan Navara, and Ford Ranger.

The redesigned front makes the BT-50 look more modern and the differences include a new grille and a noticeably more massive bumper design.
