This video demonstrates our high-speed motorized double-head decoiler, engineered for maximum efficiency in metal stamping production lines.

The machine features an upgraded High-Precision Laser Sensing System, enabling non-contact loop control with stepless variable speeds up to 35m/min.

As demonstrated in the test (see 01:16), the laser sensor instantly detects material loop height—automatically accelerating when the material is tight and decelerating when loose. This ensures smooth, synchronized feeding while protecting delicate material surfaces from scratches often caused by traditional touch-sensors.

The dual-head design allows for rapid coil changeovers, significantly reducing production downtime.
