BAKED LASAGNA | PINOY STYLE

The best Pinoy Style Lasagna is here! Layered with a rich meat sauce and a creamy bechamel sauce, plus the perfect amount of cheddar and parmesan cheese. Yummy!

Ingredients

For the meat sauce:
500g ground beef
900g Pinoy Style spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup thick cream or all purpose cream
1 large onion (chopped)
5 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 tsp basil leaves (optional)
1 tsp parsley (optional)
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 beef stock cubes

For the bechamel sauce:
1/2 cup butter
3 tbsp flour
1 1/2 cup thick cream or all purpose cream
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 tbsp parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg (optional)

250g instant lasagna sheets
1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese for toppings
