In my latest workshop project video, I needed to make a latch for the chicken coop. I took this opportunity to practice some blacksmithing techniques that I have been watching on YouTube. I combined several different techniques and methods for this blacksmithing project. I am not considering this a pure blacksmith latch, I just needed a lock for the chicken coop, so I made one.
