Sunday League player returns keeper's kick to back of the net for stunning goal

The amateur footballer George Slaney scored a goal from beyond the halfway line for Greenwich Challenge Vets as he returned the keeper's kick during a Sunday league game in London against Greenwich Battle Cruisers, who recovered to draw 2-2.

A club spokesperson for the Cruisers said that they record all their games on a mobile phone 'as we can’t afford a camera', adding that it is 'nice for the lads to get to see their goals and highlights back'. Even if sometimes the highlights include an amazing goal for the opposition.
