THE BEST PIEROGI IN LONDON

On this episode me the Latino Cooks Polish Pierogi completely BY MYSELF!

The first ever Polish food that I tried was pierogi and I fell in in love with them, my wife's babcia (grandma) cooked them and they tasted like heaven, and ever since then I've becomes a fan of Polish cuisine. Whether is pierogi ruskie, pierogi z kapusta (with cabbage), z szpinakiem (with spinach) or pierogi jagodowe (with blueberries) the selection is HUGE (of course there are those with meat and cheese but I'm vegan & plant based so I'm recommending the ones I eat ).

On this episode I've decided to challenge myself and go after one of the more famous but complex dishes in Polish cuisine (it's complex because they are SO famous you cannot trick Polish people into eating bad pierogi, they KNOW what is GOOD).
