The working principle is as follow: 1. bin-lifter or conveyor feed the food waste to the sorting platform, then it need 2-4 persons to sorting out the impurities waste such as plastic bags, cans, then the industrial shredder cut the food waste residue in small pieces about 12*36 mm, then the dewatering squeezer will squeeze the water out from the shredded organic food waste, then the auger conveyor convey the shredded and dewatered organic food waste to the fermentation machine. Finally, the organic food waste will become rich fertilizer after 24 hour.
