Stonehaven is a town that lies on the northeast coast of Scotland nearby the city of Aberdeen. Stonehaven has a population of around 12.000. It's a very popular tourist location with campsites, sports and activities centres, parks, restaurants, shops and incredible nearby landmarks such as Dunnottar Castle and the Memorial. You can also visit the nearby salmon jump in Banchory, Crathes and Fraser castles, or go raspberry picking if you prefer something different. A place really worth spending at least a day or two.
