Giving Tuesday 2014: Engineers for a Sustainable World

This project proposes to start an Antioch College chapter of the national student organization, Engineers for a Sustainable World. Once established, the chapter hopes to be part of a global network of professional mentors, colleges/universities, and communities committed to sustainability. The group plans on engaging students in educational projects on campus that integrates both classroom knowledge and community connections. The project would use the $5,000 to pay for an annual membership fee to gain access to the global network and additional funding/support, revive the Bike Share program on campus and develop a sustainable design/life cycle study for building a barn on the Antioch Farm.
