Onboard one of British Airways' brand new, beautiful Airbus A350's landing back into its home at London Heathrow. A day of 2 halves in the UK. With outbreaks of clear sunshine between the heavy rain showers. Made for a beautiful, scenic approach from the south, dodging the storms and hopping through the clouds and landing on RWY27R at Heathrow after a short flight from Madrid. The new A350's were used for a number of flights to/from Madrid for crew familiarisation before they began their longhaul network which now includes Toronto, Dubai & Bangalore. Also Tel Aviv will be served by the BA A350's from Dec 2019.
