ZUMBA 30 Minute Workout!

Hey everyone,
I've put up this 30 minute Zumba workout so you have a fun option to do at home. Jennifer, Shay and I each chose a few our favorites to give you some different styles of Zumba. No pressure here, just enjoy and keep moving and you will feel the benefits. Zumba love to all!
*Make sure your health, physical abilities and balance are sufficient to participate in heavy cardio, coordination, jumping and turning. Feel free to modify to non-impact moves as needed.
