Lost GO Stations of Greater Toronto

Since the beginning of GO Train service in 1967, the network has grown considerably, from the original Lakeshore line to the seven line network that we know today. As the GO network grew, many stations outgrew their original sites, and were relocated to areas with more land availability. We found five former GO Transit stations scattered around the Greater Toronto area, and we take a look at their history, and what the sites look like today.

Stations visited:
Bronte GO Station (former CN Station)
Burlington GO Station (former CN and VIA Station)
Exhibition GO Station (former CN Station)
Lorne Park GO Station (former CN Station)
Unionville GO Station (former CN and VIA Station)
