Wild Camping Bill is NOT the end of vanlife

I was a policeman for 30 years and we only wild camp so I imagine this is why people have been asking for my thoughts on the Wild Camping Bill.

These are my personal thoughts and not legal advice. I recommend reading the bill for yourself. If you disagree with anything in it then write to your MP and ask for changes to be made.

I have signed the petition but I do not disagree with the whole Bill.

Obviously I am not anti law or anti police and we do not live in our van full time. I am looking at the bill from the point of view of a frequent traveller who wild camps for one or two nights, causes no damage or disruption and who leaves not trace.
