Will 22,000 Russian soldiers escape or become trapped by Ukraine counter-offensive | M777 update
As the Izyum pocket slowly becomes cut off from supply lines from the north, Russian soldiers are in danger of becoming trapped at Izyum. With the Ukraine counter-offensive armed with M777 artillery from Kharkiv pushing Russians back to their border, supplies from Belgorod will soon have no way of reaching Russian troops at Izyum. If Russia does nothing, they will become encircled eventually. If they retreat, the north west side of the Donbas invasion will collapse.
