This TEDxYouth talk dives deep into how monotonous lifestyles can impact mental health, leading to rising levels of anxiety, stress, and burnout among youth.
Through personal insights, scientific research, and practical strategies, this talk sheds light on why mental health challenges are increasing and how breaking free from rigid patterns can foster creativity, balance, and emotional well-being.
