LJP Chief Chirag Paswan Have No Faith In CM Nitish Kumar | Bihar Elections 2020 | News Unlocked

Chirag Paswan's LJP has decided to contest the 2020 Bihar elections outside of the NDA fold with its vision document 'Bihar First, Bihari First' at the forefront of its campaign. However, Chirag Paswan stated that he will support Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Chirag further noted that his party will give Bihar a BJP CM.

Speaking on India Today's special show News Unlocked with Rajdeep Sardesai, Chirag Paswan stated that he has no faith in Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.

Chirag further said, "I don't want to be the king or kingmaker." The LJP Chief also said, "I want BJP to win with a good number of seats but I don't want Nitish Kumar to be the CM."

Targeting Bihar Chief Minister, Chirag said, "Nitish Kumar is the one who has been opposing PM
Narendra Modi's policies." He explained why he does not want to have an alliance with Nitish Kumar and JD(U).

"If I had to choose an easy way then I would have chosen the grand alliance," Chirag Paswan concluded.
