The Music of Lego Island | Documentary (Featuring Lorin Nelson)

The story of how a group of friends in the San Francisco Bay area created the legendary video game soundtrack of Lego Island (1997). I spoke to lead musical director of the game, Lorin Nelson, about the process of creating Lego Island's soundtrack. This includes his experience with the Mindscape team, lead developer Wes Jenkins, the tragic loss of the game's master tapes, fun trivia, musical equipment and long lasting influence. Along the way I also spoke to David Barrows, Kathleen Salvia and Henry Salvia. If you love Lego Island and remember it fondly, this is the documentary for you!
