Brandon Freeman: Hi, everyone. This is Brandon with Freemans Construction. I'm here in Ramona at this brand new custom home that we are building. I want to do a project update with you, just show you what the latest is happening here. They've started painting the exterior of the house. You can see here this back portion on this porch overhang, that it's going to be a light yellow color is the siding and with white trim. It'll be really pretty once they finish. Some of these areas, it looks like it's painted, but that's actually just the primer. We're holding off on that just because the gutters need to go on very shortly after they paint it. Just in case we get any rain, we don't want that to splatter and get the fresh paint dirty and then have to repaint it. So let's go on inside. I want to show you what's happening in there.

Brandon Freeman: So yesterday was a big milestone here at this job. We had all the cabinetry delivered. They're currently installing everything. Butler Brothers Custom Cabinets here in Ramona does an amazing job building all these cabinets. So I'm standing in the dining area here right now looking back at the kitchen. There's going to be a real pretty island here. This home is going to be a modern farmhouse style. So once you see all the finishes going in, it will really take shape with its own style. And BLR's 33-inch farmhouse sink going in there with a real pretty view out this window. Back up here, just kind of pan the living room. This is going to be a real pretty cabinet. This is going to be a wine display cabinet going in with some stemware rack. You can see it there on the ruff top, that's going to be mounted there in the middle.

Brandon Freeman: So let's head on down the hallway. I've said it in a couple of other videos, but the solar tubes here in the hallway are just really nice. They let in a lot of the natural light. You can really see it in the middle of the day here. So this is the laundry room, lower, upper cabinets. A lot of cabinet space in these, very usable. Hooks back up here, so you can just get an idea what that looks like. So there's a broom closet on the left for brooms, ironing boards. We'll head back in here to the hallway. So another vanity that went in. There's going to be two side-by-sides sinks there. Shower, they're going to tub shower. They're going to start tiling that in the next couple of weeks.

Brandon Freeman: We'll go into the master. Master bedroom. Master bathroom here. Let me back up so you can see it. So there's two vanities here. There's a sit-down vanity for ... It's really nice for sitting down and putting on makeup. Also, a stand-up vanity here. There'll be a sink in each one of those. There's a walk-in closet there. So next week a lot of finished carpentry will be going on. All the interior doors will get hung, all the exterior doors will get done. There's going to be a double French door here, which will be just a real beautiful view out the back here. And towards the middle of the tail end of next week, all the cabinets will get painted and then we'll start doing all the last of the showers, then tile will be next.
