Court rules that expelled MK Party Mpumalanga convenor Mary Phadi be reinstated

The Mpumalanga High Court sitting in Mbombela has ruled in favour of "expelled" MK convenor and party leader Mary Phadi.

Phadi's dismissal followed allegations of mismanagement of party funds and her purported involvement in an assassination plot.

Party leader Jacob Zuma terminated Phadi's membership following the allegations.
