Hello angels,
How are you holding up? The past few days have been really heavy, and I think you can feel the change in energy during this time. I don’t have much more I want to say now, other than I know that these next few days might be a little tough but let’s try to take it one day at a time, and start to become okay with not knowing the answer to everything. Things are being called to be put on pause right now. I read this quote the other day and it talked about how the people stayed home, and healed, and read books, and kept busy but still and sooner peace came.
I don’t know if you can really relate that to every situation, but take it with a grain of rice. I feel like this whole year has been a constant ride, with responsibilities and one thing after the other. Sometimes it’s difficult to take a step back and really separate yourself from your day to day obligations. What have you all been up to? I hope you and your loved ones are safe, stay healthy! Eat your vitamins, stay hydrated, and try not to get discouraged right now. Stress can really play a part in your body, and health so please be sure to give yourself some time to really rest (you don’t have much of a choice anyways, so you might as well enjoy it :))
I’ll see you all soon with more updates.
Much love,
A
ps. Thank you for taking the time to read xx
