For nearly 18 months postpartum, I felt like I was doing everything right - and still felt off. So, I stopped guessing...
In this episode, I share how getting a DEXA scan and RMR (resting metabolic rate) test changed the way I approached my nutrition and workouts postpartum. I break down my calorie intake, protein and fiber targets, how I structured my training based on muscle imbalances, and the time shifts that made it all possible.
