mental health update

So far it looks like I'm having more good days than bad days, but still having my moments. I'm still having moments where want to cry for no reason. Like last Monday I need to take 5 minutes away from whatever I was doing. I felt like I was going to cry and I did but I don't understand why. Also I didn't want to get out of bed I just want to stay at my ceiling.

But most days it seems I'm alright
to manage life.

I will keep you guys updated on my mental health. I just wanted to say thanks for your support for me and my channel. Let's hope this year I win the battle against depression and anxiety.
