North Carolina Opioid and Prescription Drug Abuse Advisory Committee [OPDAAC] Meeting - 12/09/22

This is a live recording of the December 9, 2022 OPDAAC meeting. The purpose of the OPDAAC meetings are to learn about, explore, and clarify topics related to the prevention, intervention, and treatment of opioid drug overdose and addiction, as well as, connect with partners to support a coordinated infrastructure to implement the NC Opioid Action Plan.

This meeting included the following:
- Justice system diversion in overdose prevention
- What justice system diversion looks like in North Carolina
- Spotlight on programs that have been successful in implementing this in their jurisdiction
