The tenant said that sometimes it will blow and sometimes it wont!!! lol of course if the coil is this dirty. I’m sure he noticed on the colder days since it has been pretty cold in Atlanta the past week. The good thing is this was an air handler with a slope coil and I could get to it !!!!
