Honey bee cut out at Scrignac, France

Honey bee next from a recent large swarm. Approximately 3 weeks previously. The most amazing and gentle bees I have ever removed.
I smoked them and the queen came out the next and just climbed up on to the stone lintel above the nest. Easy peasy, the rest was history. They just walked down the wall, in to the box. I managed to remove most of the very fresh comb and piece it in to the frames I had using elastic bands. On return toy bee yard I simply put on a feeder and released the queen. All seem happy! Lovely job.
