A story about trusting someone I thought needed a helping hand that ended up biting me in the asss

on February I was pulled over right down the road after leaving my home to then get drove back to my home so police could bully their way into searching my house. They search and find no illicit substances before saying "oh shht" I forgot I'm supposed to read this, having me go back outside to read the search warrant before going back in to continue searching to ultimately find nothing of significance.
My wife was trying to record the initial stop but was threatened while they tried taking the phone from her.
I tell her her to give the phone up so she wouldn't get hurt or charged so she did, not knowing no officer or detective would not be recording or be wearing body cameras to record the crooked ways of doing their job.
I was indicted months later for the same instances and after court dates ended up signing a plea agreement the day before trial even though I believed I had a decent chance at trial.
(My lawyer talked me into the plea agreement)
I took the agreement because it promised I'd have until at least the 29th, 2 weeks after my sentencing date on December 15th.
I went to court on the 15th with the intention of asking for 2 additional weeks because my 3rd child is due to be born on December 24th(Christmas Eve) but before I could even ask for the extra 2 weeks to be with my family after the birth so that my wife could heal while I help with our other 2 children and our newborn, the judge tells me and my attorney that I need to be at the county jail on the 17th by 6pm to surrender in. My lawyer begins telling the judge about my reformed right step actions within my bond conditions before the judge silences him mentioning that I could go today instead. left without a option to speak unless I'd rather go to jail immediately we leave but before my lawyer steps over to the prosecutor and says "This is not what we agreed to."
we chat in the hallways and end up leaving. later that night at my house with the cameras rolling, my lawyer calls letting me know that the judge changed his mind and told him to have me report in on the 29th as we previously agreed and stating that he is choosing to allow that because he cares about his reputation and the reputation of the court, not because he has to but because he is choosing to.

The evidence they had against me was not without a reasonable doubt. The camera in the buy videos was covered up in every video with the sound of scuffling around in the rat's pants before it conviently coming back on and him having a bag in his hand to show the camera. The rat also has a very lengthy arrest history(rap sheet) and there is plenty of actual evidence of him tweaking captured by others that live in the county. He played on my kindness by being homeless and stuck outside on cold nights, me being a helpful person offering to help him led me to reach out in offer help that he was able to exploit and ruin my life. ofcourse some of my choices landed me in this situation as well but at least I made the choice to not rat.
