Not the most favourite lettuce on the planet, but for sure the best for your body.
Super great source of Vitamin A, K, C, omega 3 fatty acids and much more, but you can use Google search or call you doctor if you are lazy to search.

Garlic is great natural antibiotic, reducing blood pressure and much more.
-Today I combined Kale and Garlic. Two powerful ingredients.
This is perfect combo against viruses, very common now, right? :))
Perfect as a dip, salad dressing or can be used as a marinade for your vegan dish or meat.
P.S. Today I mixes cream cheese and nice spoon of the Kale and Garlic pesto and it was perfect dip!
