Parental Alienation, Grandparents' Rights & New Divorce Rules: Hot Topics in Family Law

A judge throws three children into juvenile detention because they refuse to see their father. How should courts handle matters of alleged parental alienation?

Tonight at 7:00 pm (Mar 6) on the Philadelphia CNN-News affiliate WFMZ-TV and available online now, The American Law Journal presents “Parental Alienation, Grandparents Rights and Other Hot Topics in Family Law.’” Christopher Naughton welcomes family law attorneys Donald Spry of King Spry Herman Freund & Faul, Melissa Iacobucci of Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby and Mark Ashton of Fox Rothschild. The program also examines Pennsylvania’s new divorce guidelines as well as how courts are defining ‘parent’ today.
