This Industrial polishing machine, uses special stones that wear out to rub up the metal, after a long time and a few aspirins later the full de-burr of any ruffed edges from the pressed 7075 AL shape. The final result is a pretty smooth finish, which is then washed and then given a bath before being powder-coated to the final color of choice.
This is our 12kn Autolock and Screwlock models, which share the identical main body shape.
