Air Fryer Bangus Salpicao
Milkfish or bangus marinated in olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings and then air fried until done. This Filipino fish dish is best served for lunch with rice. I like best when topped with toasted garlic.
Bangus Salpicao ingredients:
1 large boneless milkfish
4 tespoons garlic, minced
5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
5 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons cooking oil
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
