2019 Montana Spartan Beast - All Obstacles

My name is Donnovan Dolato and I drove to Bigfork Montana from Sandy Utah to do a solo run of the 2019 Montana Spartan Beast. This is the first time I ever used a Go Pro to record an event like this. It was a tough course with a ton of ups and downs in elevation. By mile 9 of 13 both the insertions of each of my IT Bands were killing me on the downhills, so that added significant time to my journey as many downhills I had to do backwards! Lot's to figure out to get that fixed and behind me before the next event. We had perfect weather and it was a great landscape to run on. I'm looking forward to our Freedom Fitness Boot Camp members along with any of their friends or family joining me for the 2019 Utah Super in July. Let's do this!
