A child's brain can lose the ability to see if they do not have their sight restored in time. Tiek's cataracts had to be removed or his chance to see would be lost forever. 91 million children have vision loss because they don’t have access to eye care services, but The Fred Hollows Foundation is working hard to change this. We have been working in Laos for 13 years, and Tiek is a great example of how your gift makes a difference.
