The Biggest Waterfall on Earth Isn't on Land 🌍

🌊 Did you know the largest waterfall on Earth is completely underwater?

Located in the Denmark Strait between Greenland and Iceland, this massive underwater waterfall—called the Denmark Strait Cataract—plunges more than 3,500 meters (11,500 feet) into the deep ocean.

How is that possible? Cold, dense Arctic water sinks beneath warmer, lighter Atlantic water, creating a giant underwater cascade. It's over 3 times taller than Angel Falls, the tallest waterfall on land!

Even more amazing: ships can sail directly above it without seeing a thing. 🚢

Nature still hides incredible secrets beneath the waves. 🌍
