Columbia University suspends pro-Palestinian protesters after negotiations fail
Columbia University began suspending pro-Palestinian protesters who refused to disperse despite a deadline of 2pm on Monday (Apr 29). The protesters had put up dozens of tents in campus to express opposition to Israel's war in Gaza.
