Leviton Decora Z-wave 4-way switch installation with Home Assistant

I wanted to demonstrate what is considered a "simple" home automation addition, a z-wave switch. However, when you're dealing with 3-way and 4-way switches, the wiring can actually be quite difficult to understand.
My hope is by showing how to pull off a complex z-wave switch installation, it can teach the skills necessary to do any z-wave switch job.
This video is specifically geared toward leviton z-wave switches. Not all switches are wired the same! But the principles are similar... which is why I put so much emphasis on understanding the schematics.
