Hello, today I want to talk about what does complicated mean when it comes to relationships and our world and and a few ideas to simplify things.

When someone says their relationship is complicated they are probably half-pregnant. This means they are a relationship and they are not in a relationship.

One thing that is true is the world is very complicated and there is an explosion in information and choices.

And the scientific information explosion is not limited to molecular chemistry or quantum physics but extends to everyday areas of knowledge where we strive to keep ourselves current—health, child development, nutrition and I-phones.

What’s more, this rapid growth is likely to continue, since 90 percent of all scientists who have ever lived are working today.

We travel more and faster; we relocate more frequently to new residences, which are built and torn down more quickly; we contact more people and have shorter relationships with them.

Shit is just complicated so apart from saying no to things what can we do to keep our sanity and simplify these complicated times.

One of the best things that I did was eliminate nearly all my belongings. There is a saying that the things you own, end up owning you.

There is a lot of truth to that. Sale that stuff you don't use or give it away. This room has barely anything in it and I love it.

The thing is with dealing with people, which nearly all problems develop from right? This is the hardest thing and not just for romantic relationships.

Forgive and forget is a very valuable formula. I just read a story about a boxer who was wrongly accused of murder and went to prison.

Even in prison you have power, because you control your thoughts. If you are constantly of thinking of someone who wronged you, then you are giving that person power.
