What is the difference between Transactional leadership and Transformational leadership? Join Peter Stiff, who has been tutoring accounting students for six years, as he explores the two leadership styles and when they should be used.

Some situations call for a process-driven, hands-off approach (often referred to as the 'transactional' leader), while others require the leader's close attention and guidance (the 'transformational' leader).
